In the top right corner is a white button, which indicates if the unit on the page is in e.g. kroner or 1000 kroner. Click on the button to change the unit and the number of decimals for all reports and specifications.
In Global settings » Units & Currencies you can select your currency, e.g. euros, and enter an exchange rate, and with just one click your report will be shown in euros.
